Dr David Demmer
Dave’s therapeutic style is collaborative, authentic, and strategy-focused. As well as 1:1 therapy, Dave is trained in couples therapy and holds a diploma of clinical hypnosis.

Ms Steph Sier
Steph is a senior clinician and therapist at Wellington Street Psychology, and a mental health accredited social worker. She has an extensive background working in inpatient and outpatient mental health programs and helps guide and support the clinical team at Wellington Street.

Dr Bella Marker
Bella adopts a compassionate and holistic approach when working with clients. She is a LGBTQIA+ friendly practitioner trained in Compassion-Focussed Therapy, and believes in the importance of empathy, collaboration, and a non-judgmental attitude.

Ms Carina Allen
Carina received her Bachelor of Science degree (majoring in psychology) from The University of Melbourne and her Honours and Masters of Clinical Psychology from Federation University.

Mr Kefu Xie
Kefu is experienced working with adults, youth and families. He is an LGBTQIA+ friendly practitioner and adopts a collaborative, non-judgemental, and empathetic approach. Kefu has experience treating a variety of problems including depression, anxiety, substance-related issues, and trauma.

Ms Ridhima Tandon
Ridhima is a registered psychologist. She takes a warm, welcoming, and person-centred approach to therapy. Ridhima is experienced in CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed therapy.

Ms Amy Bortz
Amy holds particular experience in working with adolescents and adults experiencing eating disorders, body image difficulties, and anxiety and mood disorders.

Mr James Traugott
James is a registered provisional psychologist. He offers a therapeutic relationship that provides a secure place of appreciation, challenge, change, and value. He runs an evidence based practice focused on practical solutions.

Ms Jessica Du
Jessica is a registered psychologist with AHPRA. She obtained her honours degree in psychology at Deakin University and post graduate training in clinical psychology at the University of Canberra.

Mr Jake Glanc
Jake is a registered provisional psychologist. Jake aims to work collaboratively and compassionately with his clients, believing that a strong and honest therapeutic relationship is the best predictor of success in therapy.
